Program Overview
Being able to communicate effectively is essential if you want to build a successful career. To be an effective communicator, you need to understand what your message is, what audience you are sending it to, and how it will be received. . It's also about receiving and understanding information that others are sending to you. Talking is easy, communication requires far greater skill.
At Oxygen ME Training Centre, we offer a Verbal Communication Program that lays the foundations for participants to learn the art of “speaking and being heard” in all situations and environments. The focus of this program “BREAKING DOWN THE BARRIERS”, is on understanding communication dynamics, and demonstrating how to converse confidently and clearly, how to listen and understand what others are saying and how to identify and break down communication barriers. Interactive group workshops and role play sessions help participants identify areas where they may need to hone their interpersonal skills, improve their verbal communication techniques and develop their public speaking skills.
