Mistakes do happen but when they occur, they can irrevocably damage your reputation and effectiveness as a business professional and can reflect very badly on your company. How you present yourself and everything you say and do, impacts heavily on your business success.

The impression you make during a business meeting, a dinner or even at a golf game can have a direct influence on a successful business arrangement, even if business matters are not addressed or referred to.

Program Overview

Business Etiquette is about knowing how to always present oneself professionally in every environment and always demonstrating the courtesy and refinement that demonstrates you can be taken seriously.

At Oxygen ME Training Centre, we offer a unique and innovative BUSINESS ETIQUETTE program, specifically designed to fit the modern, multi-cultural and diverse business environment that is unique to Dubai. We have developed a strategic coaching and guidance program in the areas of professional conduct and communication.

This program aims to show participants how to use effective techniques and good judgment to resolve business etiquette

dilemmas. It teaches the fundamentals of business etiquette and the essentials of professional behavior.

Participants will learn how to build positive relationships with co-workers, clients and other business contacts, how to present themselves professionally in all environments, how to dress for success and how to demonstrate consideration for others and good manners at all times.

In addition, the program highlights appropriate behavior and etiquette when using the internet, when speaking on the phone, in daily communications and in meetings. You will learn how to handle ethical dilemmas, understand cultural sensitivities and resolve personal issues, how to become a good conversationalist, and how to be courteous and attentive at all times.

Often the most important business decisions are made away from the boardroom or office in social situations. In view of this, the program also examines the appropriate etiquette for social occasions and functions, as well as how to be a courteous traveler at home or abroad.

    Course Location
